When I reflect on the changes I’m proud of, there’s always been a small something, a nudge, that started a big shift. A chance encounter. A few words I needed to hear. They’re tiny but meaningful things.
So I created Nudge, a newsletter, to pay that gift forward. (Scroll down to read past issues if you want to "sample” first.)
Nudge comes out weekly and includes life lessons I’ve learned, questions for uncovering insights, business updates, or introductions to tools, things, and people I think are great.
Occasionally, I ask if you’d like to work with me or purchase my work. I write each issue of Nudge with hopes that it’ll lovingly prod you in the direction of more joy, beauty, meaning, right action, and overcoming obstacles to the fulfillment you deserve.
